Flaminio Francisci is the Group director of customer value management and data science in Nexi. He has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries, roles and markets with focus on customer engagement, loyalty, marketing analytics, marketing automation in both consumer and business markets.Before that, he worked at SAP, where he had significant responsibilities, including being the VP of EMEA and MEE Marketing and Channel Marketing. Prior to SAP he had multiple role in Vodafone up to the role of Head of consumer customer base marketing and data science.He graduated in engineering from Politecnico di Milano and holds an MBA.
